My Expertise
Quality Management
Quality is what is defined as the product requirements, in simple words; what the customer expects from the project. I take the 5 Rs approach to make sure client is happy with the deliverables hence I take maximum caution to deliver the right product at right place and time in right quantity and condition.

Change Management
Change is when a project is likely to change a product or a process. It can effect people and the organisation as a whole. Before starting a project formally, we like to create an AS-IS and WHAT-IF Model to compare the pro's and con's of current and future state which also allow key decision makers to conduct a cost to benefit analysis. We also keep stakeholders in mind to make sure all those effected can seamlessly adapt to and/or benefit from this change.
Risk Management
I take a methodological approach to predicting expecting threats and opportunities in a project and plan activities to mitigate threats and exploit opportunities. For every risk, Defining risk source, impact and appetite is vital to assess the risk score and prioritise activities effectively.
I stay on top risks by having a Risk Management Strategy in place from the initialisation phase and by maintaining the risk register.
Defining Roles and Responsibilities
A successful project is where the people with the right set of skills are tasked with duties that match their skill set. It is a project manager's responsibility to define roles and responsibilities during the team building phase. It also eliminates the "It wasn't my job" statement by keeping formal records of who does what. At AM, developing and managing a project team is thought to be paramount to any project's success.
Stakeholder Management
Our primary focus for starting any project is to keep key stakeholders happy. We use a stakeholder matrix to jot down each stakeholder against their level of interest and impact in a project. Whilst it is ideal to keep all stakeholders happy, it is realistically impossible and can often lead projects in to a web of complications and sometimes cause conflicts resulting in delays. Jotting each stakeholder on a matrix allows us to plan engagement and activities to prioritise stakeholder interests at all times, making sure our focus is on to developing a process and/or product which keeps the key stakeholders happy.
Key stakeholder's usually include: Board of Directors, End user and Project Team.
